Gorgeous great budget property with polite staff from the desk clerks to the restaurant staff. The location was marvellous - close to pubs and eateries. Amazing restaurant for dinner.

Last time we stopped we had a brand-new, neat room with a sleeper sofa. Its location at a moderate distance from Needful Things Antique Mall was good and decent. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying an excellent area.

We needed to have elevator, but they didn't have it.

Impeccably clean and huge unit with a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge. Magnificent location to restaurant for dinner or anything we did. Near many restaurants, eateries, and 3 beautiful waterfalls.

Clean place with great view of the mountains. Brand-new room, good-sized, with perfect beds. Had personal bathroom and very helpful and attentive staff from the desk clerks to the restaurant staff. The location magnificent between waterfalls. And just off downtown and the vineyards as well as restaurants and Walmart and shopping centers.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to Needful Things Antique Mall, which was just a short distance away. The area where the hotel is situated is really nice. The room we stayed in was spacious and had convenient amenities like a coffee maker and sleeper sofa. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options such as cereal, pastries, and eggs.

I really enjoyed this fantastic hotel. The staff, from the desk clerks to the restaurant staff, were exceptionally nice. The location is particularly good, just a 5-minute walk from Needful Things Antique Mall. Plus, it's in a super nice area.

The hotel is fantastic and in a perfect location close to historic downtown. The rooms are tidy, updated, and come with Queen beds and a microwave. The location is convenient with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The hot tub and common areas are a nice touch.

The hotel is located in a central area close to other spots, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. My 2-night stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Beds were horribly hard.

The hotel is fairly clean and has views of the mountains. The rooms are huge and quiet, complete with a King Bed and phone for hours. The staff are very good, absolutely perfect, and provide excellent service. The venue's restaurant is great for dinner.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, helpful front desk, clean facilities, nice pool area, separate hot tub area.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The staff members were all HELPFUL, the rooms were huge with splash, queen bed and full kitchen.

Definitely, there was elevator missing.

Eggs, cereal and cookies were a stand out. The room with full kitchen. Location: the hotel was close enough to many restaurants and grocery stores and waterfalls and Lake Lure.
